There are common characteristics that respected people and effective leaders share and most of these traits are developed by the individual rather than through the position they hold. Butler will cover some of the most important leadership traits, as well as how each individual can use the lessons of yesterday to overcome the challenges of today and capitalize on the opportunities of tomorrow.

Most notably, he was the FBI team leader of the Saddam Hussein Interrogation Team. George is a highly accomplished multi-lingual leader who excels at handling major crises, complex criminal and national security investigations, and large-scale events.[/vcex_toggle]

His experiences during his 27-year law enforcement career helped him develop solutions to problems most people face at work and in life. As Chief Deputy of the Horry County Sheriff’s Office, he was selected to attend the FBI National Academy’s 220th Session. He continues to serve as the official Master of Ceremonies for the FBI National Academy Associates during their annual training conferences.[/vcex_toggle]

John Zebrowski

Chief of Police (Ret.), NJSACOP Past President

John is actively involved in advancing the profession of policing by contributing to several publications, hosting a podcast, and serving on multiple boards, task forces, and commissions.[/vcex_toggle]
