When Officer Wilson and his wife were getting out of their car in Torrington, CT, they heard one of his neighbors screaming. Concerned, they both ran a few blocks to find their neighbor panicking. Her child had fallen into their pool and had stopped breathing. Wilson immediately administered CPR until the toddler started breathing again on her own.
