Officer Donellan was on his way to buy some groceries when he noticed two cars stopped in the middle of the road. Donellan pulled over to find that the driver of one of the cars was unresponsive. Concerned that the man may have overdosed on drugs, he administered Narcan and then performed CPR, saving his life.
