While off-duty and shopping at the Towne East Mall in Wichita, KS, SRO Paul Millard detained one of three suspects in a shooting that happened in the mall parking lot. After Wichita Police arrived on the scene, the other two suspects were taken into custody. A huge thanks to SRO Millard for relying on his training and instincts to stop the threat of further violence!
