Officer Vazquez was on her way home from a training session in Carmel, IN when, to her horror, she watched a car crash into a wall and then start to smoke. She immediately pulled over and then ran to the vehicle. With the assistance of several bystanders, they were able to get the passenger out of the car right before it burst into flames.
