Officer Trouche and his family were driving home from the movies when he noticed a woman on the side of the road looking distraught. He pulled over to investigate, at which time the frantic woman told him that her baby was choking. Seeing that the baby was blue, Trouche administered a couple of back blows, eventually clearing the blockage and getting the baby to breathe once again.
