On his day off, Officer Segui was on his way to the gym in Torrington, CT in the early morning when he saw that a multifamily house was on fire. Afraid that the residents were still asleep and unaware of the fire, Segui pulled over and banged on the door until everyone, and their pets, had safely exited the burning building.
