After a car crashed and then plowed into a concrete barrier, it ended up on the roof of a Chinese restaurant in Shamokin Damn, PA. Trooper Christopher Clinton, who was nearby at the time, raced to the site of the accident to find that the driver’s baby had survived the crash but was now stuck, still in its car seat, on the roof. He found a way to the roof to retrieve the uninjured baby and assist the driver, who was unconscious and in critical condition.
