The PCA National
Cooperative Contract
Registration
A North American national purchasing cooperative, the PCA streamlines procurement processes by providing competitively solicited, ready-to-use contracts.
In other words, PCA has done the RFP process for you, saving you time and money.
To take advantage of the contract, you must be a PCA member. Registration is FREE at pcamerica.org.
How To Use the National Contract
- In most cases, becoming a PCA member is all you need to do to enter into a vendor agreement with EDS. If your state requires an Interlocal Agreement with PCA, it will be emailed to you when you register with PCA.
- The PCA-EDS contract is your contract. You can obtain due diligence documentation within 48 hours (e.g., verification of newspaper notices, the original solicitation document, evaluation, and award notice) by emailing [email protected] with the contract number and title shown below.
- To complete the process, your agency and EDS will sign a User Agreement that details the negotiated services and rates. (Note: Supplemental agreements are allowed.)
