Officer Brian Crowley was at home in Gloucester, MA when something exploded next door. Fearing the worst, he ran outside to find that his elderly neighbor had, while welding, ignited a small fire.
While trying to put it out the oxygen tank exploded, catching the garage on fire. Officer Crowley jumped into action and pulled his neighbor out of the burning garage and to safety.
