Officer Matt Deloux

On his day off, Officer Deloux was enjoying a Royals game in Kansas City, MO with his son when a distraught child ran over and grabbed his arm, indicating with his hands that he was choking and couldn’t breathe. Deloux put his arm across his diaphragm and hit the boy’s back. After a few hits, the food was dislodged, and the boy was able to breathe once again.
