Officer Matthew Sech

While vacationing at a New Hampshire lake with his family, Officer Matthew Sech heard screams coming from a woman whose 2-year-old daughter had just drowned. Sech raced to the mother’s side and performed a life-saving maneuver to expel the water from the child’s lungs. The baby regained consciousness and since fully recovered.
