Officer Mohamed Hacham

Officer Hacham was getting ready to take a nap at his home in Dearborn, MI when he heard a woman outside screaming. He bolted out of his house to investigate and was immediately handed, by a distraught mother, her lifeless toddler. When she explained he had choked on something and had stopped breathing, he struck the boy’s back until the obstruction was dislodged and the baby started breathing again.
