While driving around while off duty, Officer Northup saw a car pulled off on the side of the road in Richmond, RI. When he stopped to assist, he found that the driver’s baby was unresponsive. He performed CPR until the child began to breathe, ensured emergency services were contacted, and provided comfort to the family during the ordeal.
