While running errands on his day off in Key West, FL, Officer Andrade noticed an SUV hit and injure a bicyclist and then flee the scene. Concerned that the driver might get away with a hit and run, he followed the driver and after the assailant pulled into a parking lot, was able to detain the driver until he could be arrested.
