Sergeant Fred Degala

On his day off, Sergeant Degala made a stop to take some money out of his bank in Kailua, HI. When he entered the building, he noticed a woman passed out and unresponsive lying on the floor. He immediately called for an ambulance and then performed CPR on the woman until EMS arrived.
